Our brand new, state-of-the-art blue hockey pitch is now open. FIH certified, with dedicated player and spectator areas giving that real ‘stadium’ atmosphere. Training and match spaces currently available. Contact us to make a booking.

How do I book a pitch?
You can send a pitch enquiry form through to us via the website, phone the centre or email the sports department on sports@lockleazesportscentre.co.uk. To secure your booking we require a £10 non-refundable deposit, or a 50% deposit on matches.
What footwear is allowed on the pitches?
Football, Rugby and MUGA 3G pitch required studded boots (screw in or moulded but no blades and strictly no flat sole shoes.
Hockey Astro – dimpled hockey shoes / Astroturf Trainers – no studs or blades, Images attached.
Is equipment proved with pitch bookings?
No – pitch bookings will only come with a set of goals (7-side / 9-side or 11-side) depending on what size you booked. You will need to bring balls, cones, bibs as required.
What is the cancelation policy?
If you cancel within 5-days of your scheduled booking you will be required to pay the remaining balance, if it is more than 5 days then there is no charge, you will lose the £10 deposit.
What happens if we cancel?
Are there showers and changing facilities?
Yes, there are showers and changing facilities open to use.
Does the time slot booked include warm up time?
Yes, time slots are very strict, the centre is extremely busy and we require all users to be respectful of the time sot they are booked on for and enter and leave their pitches on time. There is a warm up space available, in a separate area from the main pitches, which can be used if you wish to before your booking begins.
What times of day and week does "Pay&Play" run?
Pay&Play runs every weekday, 12-4pm. Student discount applies with valid ID on Pay&Play only.
