THE BOARDROOM
Set Up:
BOARDROOM – 10 delegates
THEATRE – 20 delegates
The Boardroom is our smallest meeting room that can seat from 10 delegates. The room is private and away from the bustle of the sports pitches. It is equipped with a large TV where you can plug in your laptop and use a bigger screen. The room is brightly lit and has air conditioning.
THE CELEBRATION ROOM
Set Up:
BOARDROOM – 70 delegates
THEATRE – 80 delegates
The Celebration Bar is our largest room that overlooks our superb 4G pitches and terrace. The suite is surrounded by windows that lets the sun in all the way round. This suite is bright, airy, and spacious. During the summer the air conditioning will be available for you, as well as having the terrace doors open to let the fresh air in.
THE COMBINATION ROOM
Set up: (The Celebration Room & Median Room)
BOARDROOM – 160 delegates
THEATRE – 170 delegates
The Combination Room is the Median Room & The Celebration room together. It can hold upto 160 seated delegates depending on the layout you would like for your meeting or conference. The room is surrounded with windows, allowing the sun in all the way round the room. The room also has a projector and screen for you to use so presentations will be seen throughout both rooms.
THE MEDIAN ROOM
Set up:
BOARDROOM – 40 delegates
THEATRE – 50 delegate
This is the middle room that can host upto 40 seated delegates. The room has access to a bar, if required. It also has the floor to ceiling windows, allowing lots of natural light in. Like the other rooms we offer, this has air conditioning, projector, and screen for you to use.

- 2x session of Tea & Coffee (arrival & mid-morning with biscuits)
- Lunch can be added from £8.50 per delegate
full day (8 hours)

- 3x sessions of Tea & Coffee (arrival, lunch & mid- afternoon)

Hourly Rate
(Minimum 10 delegates)- The Boardroom – £30.00 ph
- The Celebration Room – £50.00 ph
- The Median Room – £40.00 ph
- Combination Suite – £75.00 ph
